I purchased book 1, used the app and all was great, this book after entering my code on the app I can not hear the trumpet playing, the only thing I hear is the metronome, doesn't matter what instrument that I select I don't hear them. I emailed there help support, got a canned response, I replied back and have not hear anything since. Purchasing this book was a waste of $$$, there customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I am very disappointed since I had great experience with book 1, I wanted to expand my learning but I am at as standstill waiting for their tech support to respond!
